This position is responsible for attracting and engaging non-exempt to mid-level professional positions to join Chico's FAS, the Most Amazing Place to Work, Learn and Grow.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops and implement pipelining/attraction strategies by function and/or department.Proactively sources potential candidates using the Internet (including social channels), networking, and employee referrals.Builds and manages candidate pipelines in areas of high criticality.Assesses candidates for alignment with Chico's FAS Values and Guiding Principles in addition to technical aptitude.Provides most amazing personal service throughout the management and recruitment of open positions, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates; follows up with candidates regarding employment status and maintains relationships.Maintains frequent contact with hiring managers to provide updates, recommendations, and advice concerning potential candidates (e.g., salary expectations, competitive marketplace information, etc.). Influence as appropriate regarding candidate experience, timely feedback and decision making, etc.Ensures a positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates.Maximizes available tools such as, Ceridian/ Dayforce, throughout the recruiting process to enable accurate reporting and metrics.Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvement within the team and HR department.May travel as needed to support critical hiring needs in market, along with in person training and local recruiting support.May participate in regular leadership calls and meetings (Corporate and/or Field) to serve as the voice of recruiting, corporate/field questions, and stay abreast of key initiatives that could require additional recruiting support.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience3+ years' experience preferredRetail recruiting or executive search experience a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal; effective marketerExceptional attention to detailStrong solution orientation and comfortable working in a team environmentAbility to handle multiple searches and deliver a high level of service to an internal client groupAbility to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively against multiple responsibilitiesExcellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking and/or management systems
