Revenue Cycle Executive
Join the ChristianaCare embedded Oracle Health team as the Revenue Cycle Executive and work collaboratively with c-level executives to develop strategies that lead to successful client financial results. Leverage your experience to identify and manage a portfolio of strategic financial projects that produce measurable benefits including improvements in yield, net revenue, cash acceleration, cost reduction, and patient satisfaction. Advise in the development of the roadmap as it relates to revenue cycle and deployment of the latest clinically-drive solutions.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.Disclaimer:

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $134,900 to $270,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $127,400 to $243,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $127,400 to $256,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Washington Pay Range: from $142,400 to $256,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
